Bond Pearce’s promotions dipped to two in 2006-07 after reaching five in 2005-06. Combined with two lateral hires in 2006-07, the new partners represented a lateral hire and a promotion at each of the firm’s Bristol and Southampton offices. In fact Southampton has dominated new partner appointments in the last four years. In late 2006 the Bristol-based firm introduced a flexible working policy for all staff. The scheme includes reduced hours, job-sharing and home-working options.
