Howes Percival has made very few partnership appointments in the past three years; a total of six, to be precise. Five were promoted in 2004-05. Three of those were based in the Norwich office. Milton Keynes got one partner that year and also brought in a lateral in 2003-04. In three years, two appointments have been in real estate, two in litigation, one in arbitration and one in employment.
