Reply Link IHateBPPtoo 26 February 2010 at 18:48 This does make sense. By the way, BPP has managed to cock up yet another exam. This time the answers to a a multiple choice question were all wrong. Good job. Reply Link National Boy 26 February 2010 at 22:46 Makes sense, but will not the key be the maintenance of the brand in London. This is essentially the business model of the large national firms with a London office. The argument being London work out-sourced to Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham etc, etc. The issue for the nationals are that they hare not perceived as ‘City’ law firms. If CMS can maintain what profile it has in London – the model makes sense. Personally it seems a better model than some firms who are outsourcing work to South Africa or India Reply Link TrustmetheCOLisWORSE 27 February 2010 at 18:56 Agreed Reply Link brian allan 4 March 2010 at 13:30 Nice move! however there are firms currently using Bristol as an on-shore location but then offshoring to India. With regard to quality this really depends on who is used. Quality for us has been very high what with work being done by offshore attorneys with UK experience Reply Link Name Email Cancel reply Threaded commenting powered by interconnect/it code.
