CMS Cameron McKenna has become the latest UK firm to pile onto the limited liability partnership (LLP) bandwagon.

Camerons partners voted in favour of LLP conversion last week. The decision takes effect on 1 May.

The firm joins a raft of others in converting in time for the start of the new financial year, including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Herbert Smith and Watson Farley & Williams.

Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw, Allen & Overy, Eversheds, Halliwells and Wragge & Co have already converted.
