Camerons seeking bigger Square Mile HQ

CMS Cameron McKenna has begun the search for a new office in the Square Mile to replace its Mitre House premises.

The lease on Camerons’ current building runs out in 2015 and the firm is considering a pre-let on a new building in the City.

The firm has hired real estate adviser CB Richard Ellis to help find 300,000sq ft of space. The firm currently ­occupies 186,000sq ft in Mitre House.

A Camerons spokesman said: “Like every business we’re trying to be forward-looking and are evaluating our space requirements for the future.”
