CMS Cameron McKenna has filled the final places on its new-look management board.
Last week the firm revamped its management structure by setting up a single body to govern the firm rather than the previous management board and executive committee.
The new board members confirmed this week include Central and Eastern Europe commercial group manager Iain Batty and managing partner of the Bucharest office Todd Robinson. Under Camerons’ new constitution three board members must come from the firm’s international offices.
Sitting alongside them on the 15-member board are: managing partner Duncan Weston, senior partner Richard Price and elected partners Nick Beckett, Edward Benzecry, Mark Heighton, Andrew Ivison, Andrew Kozlowksi, Will Meredith, Nigel Moore, Liam O’Connell, Andrew Sheach, Louise Wallace and Penelope Warne.
