CMS Cameron McKenna has acted on the disposal of a £62.25m property portfolio for longstanding client Haslemere. The portfolio, comprising four office buildings located on Kingsway in London's West End, was sold to an unnamed consortium of overseas investors. The buildings, which include the well known Bank restaurant and the offices of management consultants Accenture, are fully occupied. The investors were represented by Linklaters & Alliance real estate partner Jeffrey Bailey. Roger Martin, who led the Camerons team, has acted for Haslemere for seven years. He has advised the company's chief executive Chris Bartram for 20 years, at Jones Land and Scottish Amicable, previous to him joining Haslemere.
