Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft has boosted its London global finance department with an Allen & Overy hire.
Justin Jowitt joins the firm as a partner and will focus on real estate finance, acting for investment and commercial banks on investment and development financing. He also represents borrowers and lenders in transactions including restructuring and leveraged acquisitions.
Jowitt joined A&O as an associate in 1997 working in both its London and Paris offices. Previously, he trained as a barrister at 4 Pump Court and 7 King’s Bench Walk.
