  • You can't really argue that bringing commercial and business skills into lawyers education alongside legal is anything but good. At either trainee or more experienced levels.

    Although part of me says that MBAs are to some extent wasted on those with no experience. More particularly, part of the value of undertaking an MBA is the networking and sharing of experiences and war stories from other organisations and industries, and in that respect, these dedicated programmes can only fall short of the traditional programmes. I'd be furious to have done my MBA with that lot, so just as well they're in dedicated classes.
