Managing partner Guy Stobart said the firm's litigation group has also bucked the industry-wide downturn.
Stobart said: "Growth has been balanced across the firm, although our corporate and litigation groups have been particularly successful, as have the banking and property areas.
"Cross-border collaboration with Burges Salmon's international better friends network has also provided significant opportunities."
Stobart added that the firm remains "well positioned" for continued growth in the year ahead and that it is busy planning for its relocation to purpose-built offices, which are due for completion in 2010.
The firm's figures are still subject to audit.
Firm spokesperson Janey Abbot said performance had been strong in the firm's corporate, banking and property groups, as well as litigation, bucking the industry-wide downturn in litigation.
