Broughton is set to join the firm from Howes Percival, where he was the director of employment law.
Working for both public and private sector clients, Broughton will also be responsible for the employment division’s range of legal services, including advising on all aspects of employment law, client education services and legal support for clients.
Browne Jacobson’s national employment head Edward Benson said Broughton would play a key role in developing the team’s client base.
“Robin has advised numerous household names and his arrival will further strengthen the team and their reputation,” Benson said.
