Nicola Brown specialises in providing employment advice to higher-education institutions (HEIs). She splits her time almost equally between Mills & Reeve’s London and Cambridge offices.
The clients she acts for are chartered universities, post-1992 institutions and Oxbridge colleges.
Alongside Nick Abbott, Brown leads the firm’s team of employment lawyers who work for HEIs.
In addition, Brown is the client partner for a number of clients. As client partner, she ensures that her team works collaboratively with clients’ teams.
