Women on boards — on target for 25 per cent by 2015

The key recommendation from the 2011 Davies Review of ‘Women on Boards’ was a target for FTSE100 companies of a minimum of 25 per cent female representation on boards by 2015. Annual reports are issued, tracking progress against the recommendations in the review. The latest figures show that women now account for 20.7 per cent of board positions in the FTSE100 — up from 12.5 per cent in 2011 and 17.3 per cent in April 2013…
