Up Close and Personnel — March 2014: forthcoming changes to employment law

The next year will see a series of significant changes to employment law ranging from the introduction of early conciliation in May 2014 through to the introduction of shared parental leave in April 2015. This article outlines the major changes that will be of interest to employers and the dates when they will come into effect.
