UK point-of-consumption licensing moves forward

In December last year, the UK government published the draft Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Bill. As explained in our note, the next stage in the process was for the bill to be subject to pre-legislative scrutiny by the Culture, Media & Sport Select Committee, which published its report yesterday.
