UK Pension Protection Fund guidance on restructurings

The Pension Protection Fund (PPF) has recently published an explanatory statement entitled ‘Restructuring and insolvency: the PPF approach’.
Partly a pre-emptive strike to reduce criticism and partly a simple guide to what the PPF may require in any restructuring or insolvency, the guide is a good brief summary of the types of issues that might arise on a restructuring or insolvency where the PPF is involved.
