Law No. 291/2013 for the amendment of Law No. 142/1998 on granting meal tickets (published in the Official Gazette No. 701/15 November 2013) amends Law No. 142/1998, introducing the option of granting electronic meal tickets to employees. The amendments provided by the aforementioned law will enter into force within 90 days from its appearance in the Official Gazette.
Government Emergency Ordinance No. 102/2013 (published in the Official Gazette No. 703/15 November 2013) amends and completes the Fiscal Code. The new provisions enter into force as of 1 January 2014…
