Taking title to real estate in the Cayman Islands
Before purchasing real estate in the Cayman Islands, very careful consideration should be given as to how to take title to the real estate to be purchased.
Real estate can be registered in your personal name, in joint names with someone else or in the names of up to 10 individuals. Real estate can also be registered in the name of a company or through a trust structure.
