Social elections — protection against dismissal of the staff delegates and candidates
With the social elections to be held on 13 November 2013, we take the opportunity to examine the special protection against dismissal for certain categories of employees.
The Labour Code grants a special protection against dismissal to the following employees: full and substitute members of the various staff delegations; the equality delegate; the safety delegate; candidates for the position of staff delegate; and delegates concerned by a transfer of undertaking or establishment.
