Review of management and control of Crown lands — time is running out for submissions
The NSW Government Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services (NSW Trade and Investment) has released the 2014 Crown Lands Legislation White Paper. This follows the release of the 2013 Crown Land Management Review paper (‘2013 Review Paper’), reviewing the control and management of Crown land and the 2014 NSW Trade & Investment — Crown Lands Division’s response to that 2013 Review Paper.
The white paper’s objective is to consider in detail the 2013 Review Paper’s recommendations to change the way Crown land (administered by the Crown Lands Division of NSW Trade and Investment) is controlled and managed. The white paper welcomes public comment on the recommendations.
The white paper will be of interest to clients that have any dealings with or interests in Crown land (either in the management and control of Crown land or as occupants of Crown land)…
