  • This is not entirely a bad move given that after the merger with King & Wood, the negative remarks on poor quality work of the legacy King & Wood HK corporate team have tarnished the reputation Kwok, Chan and other legacy Mallesons partners had built for the legacy Mallesons corporate team over the years.

Other legacy Mallesons HK partners are rumoured to be jumping ship soon.

The many non-performing partners, especially the PRC partners based in a KWM HK, will continue to enjoy their stay there which the firm somehow chooses to condone for unknown reasons.

  • Google reveals the existence of only one Richard Scrogi, who was born in 1935 in Connecticut:

It is implausible that he made the above comment (6-Jun-2014 11:42 pm), although I suppose it is possible.

If not him, very strange to use a Googlewhack (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Googlewhack) to make such a controversial comment.

I hope the author of this comment will clarify the situation, or if this is not possible, make a suitably gnomic utterance to deepen the mystery.
