  • Partners not being paid enough is such a "first world" problem.

  • Everyone in the London office knows that the partners are selling themselves as a group to another firm.

    Denying it in the press just makes them look foolish and removes that last morsel of faith that the staff had for the partners.

  • For the few naive rebel partners who arrogantly thought they could take over and rebrand an established London office of an American firm, it is about power, not money.

    Why would Cooley or anyone for that matter want this disloyal, foolish bunch? Edwards Wildman should tell them to go. They would be better off without them.
