Pensions Pieces: proposed amended disclosure regulations
As mentioned in Taylor Wessing’s Pensions Pieces article in July 2013, the government consulted on a new set of regulations to draw together the disclosure obligations in relation to personal, occupational and stakeholder pension schemes, with a view to bringing these into force in October 2013.
