New HCA housing funding schemes
The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has recently issued prospectuses for new funds to deliver housing.
The Builders Finance Fund offers £525m of capital finance to unlock housing developments between 15 and 250 units that have slowed or stalled but with funding can be unlocked quickly. Investments will be available in 2015–16 and 2016–17. Bidding formally opens on 14 May 2014 and closes on 25 June 2014…
