New FMLA poster required by 8 March 2013
On 6 February 2013, the US Department of Labor issued new Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations that take effect on 8 March 2013. Most of the new regulations relate to the FMLA’s military leave provisions, but they also make other minor changes and clarifications. The regulations also require covered employers to post a new, updated poster by 8 March 2013.
