Mexico announces new transportation and telecommunications investment programme
Gerardo Ruiz Esparza, the Mexican minister of communications and transportation, has announced a new investment programme for transportation and telecommunication for fiscal years 2013–18.
The total amount of investment projected for this programme is M$1.3tn (which, at this writing, is about $100bn or £66bn).
