Ince & Co's Piraeus office head Jonathan Elvey relocates to London
Jonathan Elvey, head of Ince & Co’s Piraeus office in Greece, will be returning to the firm’s London office after 17 years advising clients at the heart of the Greek shipping market.
Partner Nick Shepherd, who spent five years in Greece in the 1990s and returned to Piraeus in 2010, takes on the role of head of the office.
Earlier this year the Piraeus office celebrated its 20th anniversary. During this time it has grown to 35 people and includes a dry shipping and admiralty practice led by Elvey, Shepherd and Antonis Lagadianos; a ship and asset finance practice led by Robin Parryp; and a Greek law practice led by George Iatridis.
