Guidelines Monitoring Group Annual Report
On 9 December, the Guidelines Monitoring Group (GMG) published its sixth annual report on the private equity industry’s conformity with the Guidelines for Disclosure and Transparency in Private Equity.
The GMG was established in 2008 and monitors compliance with the guidelines and makes recommendations to the British Venture Capital Association. It aims to achieve disclosure and transparency standards equivalent to those of the FTSE 350.
