Free access to Companies House records
Companies House is an executive agency of the Department of Business, Innovation & Skills. Its main function is to examine and store company information delivered under the Companies Act regime and related legislation.
Currently, users of the Companies House portal are required to pay to view and download certain company documents. These include: appointments and resignations of directors and company secretaries; company charges/mortgages; annual returns; and annual accounts.
