FAQs issued by the CSSF on the draft law on alternative investment fund managers
Anticipating the adoption of the law on alternative investment fund managers (AIFMD), the Luxembourg supervision authority (CSSF) issued some frequently asked questions (FAQs) on 18 June 2013. The aim of the FAQs is to clarify some key concepts of the future regime applicable to Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM) established in Luxembourg.
