ESMA publishes new Q&A on the application of the AIFMD

On 17 February 2014, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published a question and answer (Q&A) paper on the application of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (2011/61/EU) (AIFMD).
