Employment News: TUPE revamp

Proposed changes to the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) came into force on 31 January 2014.

The majority of the amendments apply to transfers on or after that date and should make life easier for service providers and transferees in many circumstances.
