E-disclosure: disclosure trends

The surveys have been taken, the results are in and the line has been drawn in the sand: law firms need to get up to speed with the latest in disclosure trends and technology. Recent survey results confirm that corporate legal departments now have less budget to spend on disclosure. At the same time, organisations expect their lawyers to accomplish the same, if not more, tasks than before to keep external costs down.
