Cup Trust appeal fails

Mountstar had appealed to the High Court over the European Commission’s decision to open a statutory inquiry into the Cup Trust and to appoint an interim manger of the charity, but the tribunal ruled that there was an overwhelming public interest in the commission’s inquiry.
