CSSF updates AIFM FAQs with reporting requirements information

On 17 March 2014, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) issued an updated version of its frequently asked questions (FAQs) relating to the Luxembourg law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers (AIFM Law).

The update concerns the reporting to be filed with the CSSF.

AIFMs, which have been authorised between 22 July 2013 and 30 June 2014, are required to submit the first reporting according to the following table…
