Consultation on UKLA guidance notes
The UK Listing Authority (UKLA) has published its fifth Primary Market Bulletin. The bulletin summarises a number of new technical and procedural guidance notes for inclusion in the UKLA Knowledge Base, which was launched late last year as the new home for UKLA formal guidance.
The UKLA has requested comments on the proposed guidance by 8 April 2013.
