Community Infrastructure Levy — where next?

The new draft Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2014 were laid before Parliament on 20 January 2014.

Nabarro prepared briefing notes on the consultation on the reforms to the regulations in May 2013 and on the draft regulations in October 2013.

The draft regulations are expected to become law in early March 2014 subject to the government not changing its mind or the new regulations being called in for debate…
