Changes to the model articles
Part 3 of the Mental Health (Discrimination) Act 2013 came into force on 28 April 2013. The effect of this was to alter the model articles of private and public companies.
The changes are as follows: paragraph 18(e) of the model articles for private companies limited by shares is revoked; paragraph 18(e) of the model articles for private companies limited by guarantee is revoked; and paragraph 22 (e) of the Model Articles for public companies is revoked…
