Brent lawyer moves to Waltham Forest

Waltham Forest Council has named Terry Osborne as its new director of governance and law.
Osborne, who will take up the role from 1 February, joins from the London Borough of Brent, where she spent nine years as borough solicitor and monitoring officer. Osborne has 25 years’ experience of working for London local authorities, having previously worked for councils in Redbridge and Newham before moving to Lewisham Council, where she became principal lawyer.
