Brent lawyer moves to Waltham Forest

Osborne, who will take up the role from 1 February, joins from the London Borough of Brent, where she spent nine years as borough solicitor and ­monitoring ­officer. Osborne has 25 years’ experience of working for London local authorities, having previously worked for councils in ­Redbridge and Newham before moving to Lewisham Council, where she became principal lawyer.
