Breaching the car deal

Nissan Motors (GB) is being sued for damages for alleged fraud, deceit, breach of contract and misrepresentation over a dealer agreement. Action has been launched against Nissan by Howard Quirk of Billericay in Essex, in respect of agreements made between October 1991 and March 1992 for financial and other commercial support to be provided to Quirk. He claims in a writ issued at the High Court by solicitors Paul Robinson & Co based in Westcliff on Sea, that because of the agreements, he arranged a dealer agreement with Nissan. However, Quirk alleges that Nissan breached the contract, resulting in him suffering losses and ending up bankrupt in 1995.
