Brandford-Griffith gains new tax head

French independent Brandford-Griffith & Associés has picked a new tax head from Orrick Rambaud Martel. Roland Poirier joins the firm on the back of Brandford-Griffith partner Pierre Ullman’s departure for Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Poirier focuses on tax structures for both domestic and overseas companies, as well as carrying out tax litigation. He brings with him an assistant. The hire means Brandford-Griffith’s partnership remains static at 11 partners.
