Ian Bradshaw’s areas of legal expertise include all matters relating to private client law.
He specialises in the administration of estates including dealing with estates of foreign domiciles and other cross-border estate issues, will drafting, estate and tax planning and general tax advice, all aspects of charity law, trust drafting and administration, trustee advice, court of protection, powers of attorney and all aspects of work including deputyships and receiverships.
Bradshaw was educated at St Anselm’s College Birkenhead, University of Sheffield and Chester College of Law. He qualified as a solicitor in 1989 after completing his Articles with Payne Hicks Beach. Bradshaw joined Goodman Derrick in 1990 and became Partner in 2001.
