North West firm Brabners Chaffe Street has bolstered its property practice with a dual hire.
Jane Lake, a partner from the Manchester office of Trowers & Hamlins, joins the firm’s Liverpool office while Eversheds associate Jim Purves becomes a partner in Brabners’ Manchester office.
Lake is a property litigator who works closely with registered social landlords (RSLs) and specialises in developing strategies to tackle anti-social behaviour, is joining Brabners’ social housing team.
Purves is a general commercial property lawyer who has experience acting for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
The hires bring the number of partners in property at Brabners’ to 13.
