Reply Link Beth 11 January 2010 at 13:59 How does this help move would-be lawyers through more quickly? So they finish in September and get their results in October. They still have to wait until the following autumn to start their LPC/BVC. Sounds like a gimmick to catch out unsuspecting law students. Reply Link SP 11 January 2010 at 14:08 Makes you wonder where the market it is for the LLB and GDL these days. In two years time, why would anyone bother to qualify as a solicitor when anyone will able to own a law firm? …actually, the same question applies today doesnt it? Reply Link IHateBPP 11 January 2010 at 19:28 I think they’ve also half baked the idea of a January LPC to help shove more no hopers and desperate people through the LPC conveyor belt. Reply Link Dazed and confused 12 January 2010 at 10:56 Hmmmm…. they are charging thousands of pounds to do the course but it makes you wonder where the money is going if they can do everything online?? Reply Link T 30 August 2010 at 20:21 What’s up with you lot! I have studied a part-time GDL with BPP. It was worth every penny. Creating on-line courses does not come cheap. I would pay more for the opportunity to study in such a flexible way. Trust me private institutes such s BPPare the future, like similar institutions in countries such as Australia, BPP and their courses excel above their competitors.
