Borealis finds new general counsel at Allergan

Plastics supplier Borealis has hired Allergan’s European general counsel Ruth Steinholtz as its new global general counsel.
Steinholtz has left her role at the global health care company to replace Hans Byfeldt at Borealis. The company’s head office is in Denmark, so Steinholtz will divide her time between Copenhagen and London.
