The 33-partner firm, which has offices in Oxford and London, has elected corporate partner Chris Putt to the role. Putt has been with the firm since 1994.
In addition to Putt's appointment, four partners will become business unit heads under the management overhaul. They are Richard Maughan (property), David Way (tax and financial planning), Jonathan Brooks (corporate) and Simon Fitzpatrick (litigation).
The move is part of a firm-wide strategy to target privately-owned businesses and high net worth individuals, both in the UK and abroad.
