* British Nuclear Fuels and Greenpeace are heading for a high-profile High Court showdown. The environment group is accused of damaging one of BNF's irradiated fuel flasks at a motorway service station. BNF says that in the incident at Southwaite Service Station on the M6 in Cumbria its vehicle was interfered with and the irradiated fuel flask on it was damaged. It is to seek damages from Greenpeace and an injunction banning further interference with any of its vehicles or fuel flasks.
