Gary Senior, managing partner of the firm's London office, said: "After careful consideration, we've adopted LLP status for our London office. Like every successful business, we must be prepared to adapt to changing circumstances. Our new structure, which is in line with that adopted by many other significant legal and professional service firms, offers us the benefit of a modern business framework together with a prudent approach to managing risk. As such, I believe it gives us the right base from which to drive the business forward in the best interests of both our clients and our people."
