Berwin Leighton Paisner is to lose one of its longest-standing project finance partners to a small regional practice in Devon.
Carol McCormack OBE, who has been with the firm since she qualified some 20 years ago, has decided to join Michelmores in Exeter as part of a lifestyle change.
McCormack plans to move to the county later in the year.
A spokesperson for BLP said McCormack’s final day at the firm had not yet been decided as it was dependent on her continuing client matters. The spokesperson added that the firm was sorry to see McCormack leave.
