Bircham Dyson Bell has named Nick Holland as head of its contentious trusts and estates practice.
Holland, who acts for institutional trustees in multi-jurisdictional trust disputes, will join the firm on 8 November from Cayman Islands outfit Solomon Harris. Bircham managing partner Guy Vincent said: “The market for contentious trusts and estate advice has grown significantly as a result of the financial crisis, and Nick’s expertise will enhance our ability to advise institutional trustees and financial institutions in this area.”
